Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms of sale are concluded on the one hand by Ms. Aleksey Grapov, whose head office is located at 3, Route d'Airmont 2950, Courgenay.
Article 1: Purpose and General Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all sales of digital products made on the online store of the website www.alexgrapov.com and are an integral part of the contract between the buyer and the seller. Alex Grapov reserves the right to modify these terms at any time by publishing a new version on its website. The GTC applicable are those in effect on the date of payment of the order.
The customer declares and acknowledges that they have full knowledge of these GTC before proceeding with the order. Placing an order on the site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC, with the customer required to check the box "I have read and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)" before proceeding to payment. Every sale will be governed by these GTC by default.
Article 2: Essential Characteristics of the Products and Services Sold
The website Alex Grapov sells access to training courses in digital format. After completing the order, the customer will receive access to the ebook via email.

The prices of our products are indicated in dollar, including all taxes (TTC).
Alex Grapov reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be billed based on the price in effect at the time of order validation.
Article 4: Product Availability Timeframe
Purchased products are available for consultation as soon as payment is confirmed.

Article 5: Ordering
To place an order on our site, choose your items and add them to the cart. Validate the contents of your cart.
Check the "acceptance of GTC" box.
Validate your payment.
You will receive an order confirmation email at the email address you provided when creating your customer account.
Article 6: Delivery
The digital products sold on the website Alex Grapov are only available on the website Alex Grapov.
Article 7: Payment Methods
Payment is made by credit card.
We require full payment of the order as soon as a cart is validated.
Article 8: Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium, the execution of which has begun after prior express consent from the consumer and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.
Article 9: Refund Conditions and Deadlines
No refund is possible for a product that has already been purchased.
However, Alex Grapov may issue a refund in case of a double purchase by the customer.

Alex Grapov retains intellectual property rights over the purchased resources.
Article 12: Liability
In accordance with Article 1147 of the Civil Code, we are liable by default to you for the non-performance or improper performance of the contract concluded.
However, our contractual liability cannot be engaged in the following situations:
- force majeure;
- an external event that cannot be attributed to us;
- the photographs on our site have no contractual value. Therefore, they cannot bind our liability.
Article 13: Personal Data
Some information related to the customer will be transmitted to us (namely name, first name, address, email) to process orders and issue an invoice.
The customer's information will never be transmitted to third parties.
The site ensures the customer a collection and processing of personal data in compliance with privacy laws, in accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to information technology, files, and freedoms.
